In the process of implementing a corporate security strategy, Paladin Security establishes with each client the procedures for alarm response at each location within their portfolio.

In situations where we have Security Officers stationed on the premises, communications between our ULC Listed Monitoring Station and our professional Security Officers will be immediately established and maintained throughout the duration of an alarm.  We'll also call or page previously designated corporate personnel, if required.

If the corporate premises do not have Paladin Security Officers on-site, then we will dispatch our Emergency Alarm Response team to attend and handle the situation.

Once on site, Paladin's security team will make a full sweep of the premises.  Our highly trained Mobile Security Officers will take further action depending on the nature of the alarm, what they find, and your prior instructions.  After the emergency situation is resolved, you'll receive a complete Incident Report detailing our efforts and results of our on site investigation.
