Leda Picher – Plaza 5000
Over the years, Leda has constantly been a beacon of Customer Service, and a model of professionalism. Last month however, Leda’s dedication, kindness, and brilliant forethought were put to the test on several incidents; tests that she passed with flying colors. “I was very fortunate to have had such a dedicated and helpful [person] working nearby” raves one client. “Please thank Ms. Leda Picher for her kindness to me, and for her dedication to her work” says another.
These types of statements are a true testament to the exceptional level of professionalism that every Paladin Officer should strive to attain. Well done Leda!
Performance of the Month
Andrew Cheong – Robson Street Patrol
“We would like to take this opportunity from our deepest hearts, to thank your [Security Officer] who saved my mother from being killed by a car.” While on patrol one evening, Andrew Cheong witnessed a terrible scene unfolding before his eyes. Like something out of a movie, it seemed too impossible to be true. An elderly lady had been walking blindly across the street, when out of nowhere a car came speeding towards her. Almost without thinking Andrew dashed over the curb and pulled the woman to safety. “Again, we would like to thank [Andrew] for his bravery and courage.” It goes without saying, but Congratulations Andrew, you have made us all very proud!
