Vancouver Grey Cup organizers vow no riot

Grey Cup organizers in Vancouver say they have a complex security plan in place to ensure there's no repeat of the rioting that followed Game 7 of the Stanley Cup last June.
The B.C. Lions take on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Sunday for the CFL championship.
The multi-jurisdictional plan for the event has been in place for months, and includes Vancouver police, transit police and street-level security cameras, according to Scott Ackles, who heads the Grey Cup Organizing Committee. Read more
